Performance Schedule publishing template
Use when
- You offer repeating events, such as classes, that include a series of instances.
- You want to emphasize the event title, date, and location.
- You want detailed event notes (such as the name of a performer and the name and description of what is being performed) to appear in the published calendar.
- You want to list all the events in ascending order (earliest events first) in one scrolling list.
Don't use when
- You want to group events that have something (such as description or location) in common.
- You want to group events by time period, for example, by week or month.
- You want to list events in descending order, with latest events displayed first.
- You want to present event information in a traditional calendar format.
Description When you publish, you can choose to display all events, all future events, or only events for a specific date range. Events are listed in ascending order (earliest events first).

Points to notice about the example:
- All instances of a repeating event appear together, making it easy for calendar visitors to add the entire series to their personal calendars at one time.
- The event title appears in a colored bar at the top of each entry, followed by date and location.
- You can present important location and notes information along with the event description.
