Troubleshoot receiving Trumba email messages

If you aren't receiving invitations or calendar updates that other Trumba account holders send you or if others aren't receiving calendar email messages that you sent, it's most likely because an Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email client is treating Trumba® messages as spam.

To solve this problem, either:

Look in your Junk Email folder

Many email clients, such as MSN® Hotmail®, Google™ Gmail, and Yahoo!™ Mail, include a folder where email messages that might be spam are automatically stored.

Check the spam folder (called Junk E-mail in Hotmail, Spam in Gmail, and Bulk in Yahoo Mail) to see if it contains the email message you expected from Trumba Connect. If the message is there, select it and mark it as "not spam" so you'll receive messages from Trumba Connect in the future.

Put Trumba® Connect on your email whitelist

Internet Service Providers, such as EarthLink and MindSpring, automatically reject messages that might be spam. To receive Trumba email messages, you have to add Trumba to your email whitelist. Check Help on your ISP's Web site to find out how to add email addresses or domains to your whitelist.

  • If you can add domains to your whitelist, add these domains:
    • trumba.com
    • corp.trumba.com
  • If you can add only email addresses, add:
    • support@corp.trumba.com
