			<title>Before the Merger: Exciting Collaborations with Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences</title>

The effort will reach up to 50 food-insecure households where a family member has Type II Diabetes Mellitus and/or Hypertension. The households will receive food packages especially tailored to their health needs, as well as health monitoring and nutrition counseling during a 24-week period. As we prepare for the merger of ACPHS and Russell Sage in fall 2027, pending regulatory approvals, this is just one example of how faculty are already collaborating on exciting research that can make an impact in the community.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Register to receive the Zoom link.
