UW REN volunteer work parties provide great networking opportunities, an introduction to restoration ecology, and a fun way to spend time in the great outdoors. Tools and gloves are provided at the events and activities range from invasive species removal to planting native species. Volunteers should dress in weather-appropriate attire and should be 12 years in age or older (volunteers ages 12-15 need to be accompanied by an adult). Snacks and refreshments are also provided!
