Sarah Dowling is the author of two books of poetry, DOWN (Coach House, 2014) and Security Posture (Snare, 2009), which received the Robert Kroetsch Award for Innovative Poetry. Sarah has also published three chapbooks: US (The Elephants, 2018), Entering Sappho (above/ground, 2017), and Birds & Bees (TrollThread, 2012). Sarah teaches in the MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics at the University of Washington Bothell. Dana Middleton is originally from North Carolina and has lived in Washington since 2015.
