Session One (45 minutes) at 1 pm The session will cover basic information (overview and review) about records management at the UW, such as reducing risk, minimizing legal exposure, business continuity in case of a disaster, and records retention. Please attend if you are new to the UW, or would like a refresher. Session Two (45 minutes) at 2 pm This session will cover Offboarding—what to do with records when someone leaves your department or University employment. We will also cover the scanning policy and new Procard changes. |
