Description | Audience: All managers that have participated in a Strength Finders session To successfully equip, inspire and improve performance, this is an opportunity for managers to learn how to have five conversations that directly influence the performance of individuals and teams. Managers will become better coaches so that they impact others’ performance. This session will help managers navigate the five fundamental conversations that drive performance, will provide the perspectives and insights they need to conduct performance conversations and will include examples of questions for managers to ask during each of these performance discussions. Managers will leave this session with a clear, concise format that will support them in preparing for, leading and acting on their individual performance conversations. This session is the foundation to enhance UW Bothell’s performance development revamp and is grounded in the feedback that we received from the faculty/staff engagement survey. |
