Seattle’s Human Rights Day is a celebration of local organizations and individuals who are working to bring positive change to our community and to the world. This year marks the 70th Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Doors open at 5:30 pm. 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Reception/Social Hour with UW Bothell students' poster presentations on human rights topics 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm: Program The event will include performances by the youth of Totem Star and a panel discussions featuring Monserrat Padilla (Washington Immigrant Solidarity Network), Alisa Bernard (Organization for Prostitution Survivors), and others.
