| Description | To celebrate National Nutrition month, Harborview’s Registered Dietitians Courtney Schupp and Negin Ebrahimifard will lead a 50 minute workshop that will offer fun and creative ways to increase your daily fruit and vegetable intake on Thursday, March 28 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. We'll explore what a serving size means, how to "sneak" veggies into your typical meals, and how to practice mindful eating. Participants will have the opportunity to sample healthy recipes. |
