| Description | Event is 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. The annual Undergraduate Research Symposium (URS) provides an opportunity for students, faculty, and the community to discuss cutting edge research topics and to examine the connection between research and education. It also allows undergraduates to present what they have learned through their research experiences to a larger audience in lightning and poster talks, oral presentation, performing arts, and visual arts and design sessions. Over 800 students will participate in this year’s URS, including students from Seattle, Bothell and Tacoma campuses, and other institutions in the region. Faculty, staff, community members, and students’ families attend the event.
This year, the Undergraduate Research Symposium will run synchronously and presentation sessions will occur at the scheduled time via an online platform. These sessions will not be recorded. Details and a link to access the Symposium online will be sent to attendees who have registered. Registration is free to all participants and attendees. |
