We will highlight how compensation and total talent management work together to build an inclusive hiring process. We will discuss ways to identify and minimize bias in the hiring process, cast a broad recruitment net, use targeted recruiting and sourcing opportunities, and help hiring teams identify cultural adds to their team to screen candidates into the recruitment process. |
