UW Wellness Week is a week dedicated to learning about the many resources and opportunities available at UW for faculty, staff, and students. Together, we’ll explore a wide variety of wellness topics, build community, and connect virtually. UW Wellness Week will be full of virtual events, classes, and drop-in sessions at different times and days of the week. Here’s how UW Wellness Week works:
- Sign up on The Whole U website to secure your spot! Mark your calendar. UW Wellness Week is November 16—20.
- You will receive an email from The Whole U the week before UW Wellness Week inviting you to view the full week's virtual schedule and to plan ahead for sessions you are most interested in.
- Starting November 16, attend any of the virtual classes, drop-in sessions, and seminars. You choose your own path!
