Prem Gnanarajah is an entrepreneur with 27 years of experience in developing multiple companies from the ground up. He is the owner of Venetian Stone Works, a premier fabricator of stone for residential and commercial projects, as well as Denali Slab Studio and Venetian Woodcraft, which manufactures custom cabinetry. Previously, Gnanarajah co-founded CompuCare, a computer manufacture and retail company, and FocusMicro, which provides security solutions and equipment. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Flight Technology from Central Washington University. Ernest Kandilige is a human resources professional and continuous improvement leader who has worked in both private and public sectors. He currently serves as Deputy Director for the Mobility Division for King County Metro Transit. Previously, Kandilige was the Continuous Improvement Training Manager with global responsibilities for Terex Ariel Work Platforms. He is also a board member for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) West Region and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Kandilige holds a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies (’06) from UW Bothell. Reid Stromberg is a seasoned Continuous Improvement Leader with 20 + years of “hands-on” Lean Manufacturing implementation experience. Founder of R R STROMBERG LLC, Reid partners with clients to improve the business of manufacturing by applying lean principles, tools and techniques to achieve organizational outcomes. He was trained by Sensei’s from Toyota in the Kaizen (continuous improvement) methodology and is passionate about coaching and developing people in the workplace. Prior to consulting, Reid was the Senior Lean Manager at Genie Industries and Lean Leader at Boeing Commercial Airplanes. Reid holds a BS in Aeronautical Management from Arizona State University. Sheryl J. Willert is an attorney at Williams Kastner and has served as the firm’s Managing Director from 1996-2001 and again from 2006-2013. Ms. Willert continues to serve the firm on its Board of Directors and chairs the firm’s Diversity Committee. Ms. Willert concentrates her legal practice on counseling, investigations and dispute resolution. She has broad experience in all aspects of employment law for unionized and nonunionized employers in both the public and private sectors.
