You are invited for very special "Cooking with CEB" featuring Melissa Miranda, owner and chef of local Filipinx restaurant, Musang, as our guest chef! Holly the Husky, our beloved UWB mascot will also be there! In recognition of API+ Heritage Month and our campus community's love for food, Mel will show us how to make Pancit Canton (Filipinx noodle dish) and we can talk about a variety of topics from asixn food, culture, Seattle, impact of pandemic and racial injustices in the local Seattle community, ways to actively support and get involved in the community, and more. **UWB Students: We are offering a limited number of food ingredient kits put together by Mel and Musang, so that you can have the supplies to follow along with the cooking tutorial. Request your kit ASAP, no later than Wednesday, May 12th at 5:00PM PST)!

We appreciate your understanding in that due to this being a UWB student-funded and student-organized program, food kits are reserved for UWB students.
