| Description | What am I great at? How do I use my natural talents to be more successful? How do I use this learning to support the performance of my team? The Strengths workshop will help participants answer these crucial questions. This course incorporates findings from Gallup’s extensive, ongoing research into how people can become highly effective and efficient by intentionally applying their talents and strengths. Participants will gain an awareness of their own unique blend of talents and an appreciation of the valuable contributions they offer. This knowledge will then help them focus on specific goals to achieve greater personal and professional success.
Note--Pre-work needed before the class: Once you have registered you will be sent a code to take the Gallup Strengths Assessment. Assessments must be completed no later than Friday, July 9.
