| Description | Join Global Scholars alumni to learn about this year-long, cohort-based program which brings together UW Bothell students from diverse backgrounds, particularly first-generation college students, to think through global issues and explore aspects of diversity, difference, and identity as central to all global engagements. Global Scholars participate in critical reflection and exploration in a supportive community of fellow students with shared interests. Thanks for a Connected Learning Excellence Award, students selected for the 2022 cohort will receive a $500 stipend that can be used towards a global experience over the summer, such as study abroad or a local or virtual internship with a global focus.
