High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): HIIT class is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided. Please arrive 10 minutes to the scheduled class time. Sign-in will be conveniently located for you on an iPad at the desk in the Fitness Center, located close to the ARC Studio. |
