| Description | Knitting is a wonderful way to express your creativity. It enhances spatial, mathematical, and fine-motor skills and - once the basics have been mastered - is calming and relaxing.
Beginners are invited to this intergenerational class where you will learn how to cast on, do the knit stitch, and cast off.
Supplies needed: a pair of straight, single-pointed bamboo or wooden knitting needles, size 7 or 8, a skein of smooth, light or bright-colored worsted weight wool or wool/acrylic blend, pair of scissors. |
