Survivorship "NEXT STEPS" is a FREE 1.5-hour, four-week workshop designed to help cancer survivors make the transition from active treatment to post-treatment wellness.
Expert panelists include clinicians, nutritionists, and fitness experts. Survivorship "NEXT STEPS" will answer many of your questions about cancer survivorship and post-cancer treatment. Topics include exercise, nutrition, medical management, and emotional health and well-being.
This series is open to all oncology patients and focuses on those who have recently completed treatment. NOTE: Participants must have completed active treatment within the last two (2) years.
