You've just read an article about the latest viral trend or your favorite podcaster just laid out their new strategic framework or you just got a strong piece of feedback from a customer you have never heard before. Have you ever had to make a decision when you weren't 100% sure you were right? What about a decision where you wondered if you were even the right person to make the decision? Many of us have had moments that have been outside our comfort zone and shaken our confidence. This is all the more true for change leaders because there are not maps to where we are going. That's why The Detour has asked Amari Morton, Founder of Great Change Health, to explore ways to develop our confidence as leaders.
