Exploring the Music of Ignatius Sancho Sunday, April 19, 1 p.m. EDT | Members of the early music ensemble Ruckus and countertenor Reginald Mobley will explore the life and music of eighteenth-century composer and writer Ignatius Sancho, whose portrait features in Gainsborough: The Fashion of Portraiture. The session will include musical demonstrations of Sancho’s works, which will be played in full during the concert in the Stephen A. Schwarzman Auditorium at 5:00 p.m. the same evening. -- Leadership support for this exhibition is provided by an anonymous donor in honor of Ian Wardropper and by the Horace W.
