 ness and confidence in performing arts and live event environments</stro
 ng></strong>. It gives people a practical foundation in safety\, so they
 &#8217\;re better equipped to recognize hazards\, understand their respo
 nsibilities\, ask the right questions\, and contribute to a strong safet
 y culture whether they&#8217\;re working on stage\, backstage\, in a ven
 ue\, or at an event.<br><br>The value is in the knowledge it gives someo
 ne when they arrive at a workplace\, &#160\;whether they&#8217\;ve been 
 in the industry 1 day or 20 years. <strong><strong>PASS: Know the risks.
  Know your role. Show up ready.</strong></strong> <strong><strong>Build 
 the safety knowledge and confidence you need to recognize hazards\, unde
 rstand your responsibilities\, and work safely and professionally in per

 s\, immune-related hazards can impact singers&#39\; voices\, deter poten
 tial audience members\, cause show cancellations and more. Drawing on th
 e latest research and artist experiences from across Canada\, we&#39\;ll
  share what&#39\;s working\, what isn&#39\;t\, and practical strategies 
 to create safer operatic spaces for all.<br>This webinar introduces a ne
 w online resource and toolkit to help improve immuno-inclusivity across 
 a range of live event settings. Everyone from performers to producers\, 
 from stage managers to venue operators\, will find scalable solutions th
 at have already been vetted by subject matter experts and tested in real
 -world projects and productions. The webinar includes a Q&amp\;A period.
