Michelle Bentsman MDiv III, Harvard Divinity School, will be the speaker for the Memorial Church Morning Prayers.

These meditations are  facilitated by student leaders of the HBC and include short sitting meditations, some walking mediation, and time to read and reflect on a short Buddhist text. We also take time to share from our experience while practicing attentive, deep listening and loving speech with one another.

We are a group dedicated to the worship of Jesus in the timeless Biblical tradition of the tabernacle of David. This tradition has been preserved through the centuries as variations on the "house of prayer," from ancient Monastic communities, to the Moravians, to the modern IHOP. Although we are from different Christian denominations and traditions, we hope the space we create is peaceful and welcoming for all to come receive from the "living waters".

The Episcopal/Anglican Fellowship is a group made up of Harvard Divinity School students, faculty, staff, and friends who gather for a worship service in the Episcopal or Anglican tradition. Our service is open to any and all interested parties. One need not identify as Episcopalian to join—all are welcome!

The worship service includes readings from the Bible, the singing of hymns, prayers, and a Eucharist or Holy Communion. We rotate preaching so everyone who wants to gets a chance to give a sermon. There are many opportunities to learn about our particular tradition both in and after the worship service. After worshiping together, we gather for lunch and informal fellowship in Rockefeller Hall, where we are always happy to have new people join us.

In addition to our time together on Mondays, we provide opportunities for prayer and retreat through our own programming and our many connections with contemplative communities throughout the Boston area. We also put on an increasingly larger…

The Harvard Unitarian Universalist Ministry for Students (HUUMS) meets weekly on Fridays for worship and fellowship. All are welcome.

Together we sing, we share, we listen, and we strive to grow in our many vocations and our lives. We are grounded in the liberal tradition of Unitarian Universalism, but are open to all seeking an open-minded, compassionate, and justice-oriented faith. Following worship, our community enjoys lunch at Rock Café, and throughout the year we come together as friends for a variety of events and gatherings. We hope you'll join us!
