Career Connections Incorporated (CCI) will have recruiters at the WorkSource in Bremerton looking to hire Customer Service Representatives.

Job requirements:
•18 years or older
•GED / Diploma
•Can type 30+ words per minute. Good Computer Skills.
•6 months or more  of customer service experience (any volunteer or club / organization work that directly dealt with the public will meet this requirements)
•Must be available for all shifts.  Business hours are 7 days a week from 4:00am to 10:30pm.  Once schedule is written it remains consistent for a 3 to 6 month period.  Scheduling changes are made using a performance based bid system.
•No Misdemeanor / Felony convictions for the last 7 years involving Theft or Violence.

Incentives:
•Applicants can be hired directly at the event

Out of state employer operating highly specialized railway maintenance equipment that is contracted to major railroads throughout North America.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrated mechanical ability and aptitude.
• Demonstrated welding, hydraulic and/or electrical skill.
• Demonstrated comfort level on/around heavy equipment/large machinery.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, pre-placement physical and physical assessment test.
• Must successfully complete a five day paid new hire training, including a written safety exam.
• Monday through Sunday/Typical work week is 70 to 75 hours a week.
• As a new hire, you can expect to earn $35,000 to $45,000 the first year.
• Time and a half is paid after 40 hours per week.
