Each of these basic\, one-day classes cover labor and birth by vaginal and Cesarean deliveries\, pain control techniques\, possible med ical interventions and postpartum recovery. A fun class to learn the key s of the childbirth process. You will also receive a course book and a h elpful companion app that includes videos\, checklists and applicable to ols.

It can be helpful to take your childbirth class by 3 4 weeks.

Cost for the class is $40. \;Fee covers expectant mom and one support person. You only need to register mom. No need to register your one suppor t person that will attend class with you.

  • Please bring one support person\, the indiv idual you plan to accompany you for your labor\, delivery and recovery.  \;You do not need to register your support person.
  • The information in this class will be covered over 4 1/2 hours. To get the most out of this event\, please plan to arrive promptly.
