Description | Richard Dahn studied color, design, and printmaking at the School of Art at Yale University, and received his MFA in 1959. He worked on special projects with Josef Albers, the renowned artist from the Bauhaus School in pre-war Germany. Richard is a professor emeritus of Design at the University ofWashington. Over the years, Richard has found inspiration in many things — everything from the space race in the 1960s, to the Pacific Northwest's forests and mountains, to the color and culture in Mexico, where he lived and worked for many years. |
