Weight Watchers is a weight management program that encourages healthy eating, increased physical activity, and healthy weight management behaviors. Weigh-in starts at 11:30 a.m. followed by a meeting from 11:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. every Wednesday except major holidays. (Room is subject to change.
