The Global Health Business Case Competition (GHBCC) is in its second year at the UW Foster School of Business. The competition builds on the traditional business school case competition model by bringing together students from multiple disciplines including business, engineering, and health sciences in a competitive environment. Instead of addressing a typical management or supply chain issue, students will instead tackle a critical global health challenge. Student teams will all face the same challenge and have the same short period of time to analyze the case and develop recommendations. Following the analysis period, the teams will then present their findings and recommendations to panels of judges from the faculty and community. The competition will culminate with a networking lunch for students and judges. |
