- Christian Adams will discuss part of how OPB monitors and allocates resources under Activity Based Budgeting (ABB). He will showcase the design and purpose of a financial dashboard that tracks year-over-year comparisons of the Indirect Cost Recovery (ICR) portion of the ABB model.
