Published by the Jacob Lawrence Gallery at the University of Washington School of Art + Art History + Design, Monday is a new, biannual, limited-edition journal focused on critical art writing in the Pacific Northwest. Loosely centered around the theme of Material Performance, the first issue of Monday features essays, reviews, poetry, and artist projects by Kemi Adeyemi, Karen Barad, Matt Browning, Nate Clark, Jason Groves, Aaron Flint Jamison, Leena Joshi, Stuart Lingo, Francesca Lohmann, Fionn Meade, Charles Mudede, Ovid, Emily Pothast, Robert Rhee, and Terre Thaemlitz.
