The leadership conference is a full-day event held at the University of Washington Michael G. Foster School of Business, with approximately 200 student attendees. The theme of the event is Evolving World, Adaptive Leadership. As technology continues to disrupt the world of business, our goal is to prepare young minds with the evolving skillset needed to thrive and adapt in a change-ready workforce. The event will bring together a variety of highly qualified speakers to present forward-thinking content and actionable advice on a wide range of subjects—from managing a global workforce to learning how to pivot.
