Description	Note on location: The Ethnic Cultural Theatre is a part of the Samuel E. Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center Complex. Theatre is located at 3940 Brooklyn Ave. NE, Seattle WA, across Brooklyn Ave from the main Cultural Center building. An interactive multimedia dance performance by Arpana Dance Company, followed by a panel discussion.
