Peaceful Training Run Club (PTRC) is based on the philosophy that we don’t just run, we train. We train to become more knowledgable runners and in the process we train to become happier, healthier and more peaceful human beings.

Running Mechanics/Form
Breathing Rhythm
Track Workout
All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear workout clothes and running shoes, and bring a water bottle and sweat towel. We hope you join us and Peaceful Training to become a more knowledgeable runner!
