| | Description | Class attendees will be introduced to restoration-relevant project management concepts in order to plan and implement more successful and cost effective ecological restoration projects. They will leave able to describe important considerations of project management, create a simple project schedule, and create a simple project budget, in addition to being able to identify the most important resources for restoration practitioners to refer to as they manage restoration projects.
