Beat the heat with this indoor stationary bike workout that will simulate an actual outdoor bike ride. Through tension adjustments and pedaling technique, you will encounter straight-aways, steep hills and rolling terrains that correspond to the difficulty of the perceived ride. In addition to the terrain, this class will also feature fun music and motivating instruction. All participants will be led through a custom bike fit and for those participants that have cycling shoes, our bike pedals are SPD compatible. Please bring a water bottle. Sweat towels are provided. All fitness levels welcome. IMA membership NOT required. |
