Description | Dr. D’Angeli is a Medical Epidemiologist in the Washington State Department of Health Office of Communicable Disease Epidemiology, Healthcare Associated Infections and Antimicrobial Resistance Program. She is a Pediatrician and Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. After a decade of clinical practice, she received her Master’s degree in Epidemiology from University of Washington in 2008. She works on outbreaks and infectious breach investigations in healthcare settings, and leads the Combating Antibiotic Resistance Initiative for the department which includes work on tackling antibiotic resistance from a One Health perspective. |
