Description | Ride into the New Year with this 60 minute “Dare to Do” Indoor Cycling class! This stationary bike workout will simulate an actual outdoor bike ride. Through tension adjustments and pedaling technique, you will encounter straightaways, steep hills and rolling terrains that correspond to the difficulty of the perceived ride. In addition to the terrain, this class will also feature fun music, motivating instruction, and the latest leaderboard technology (rider profiles will be set up at the beginning of class). All participants will be lead through a custom bike fit and for those participants that have cycling shoes, our bike pedals are SPD compatible. Please bring a water bottle. All fitness levels welcome. Participants will receive an email after class with their heart rate data. Please note the first 15 minutes of class will be dedicated to setting up rider profiles and bike fit. |
