The CMB Annual Retreat is a day-long event that gathers a diverse group of computational biologists from the UW, Fred Hutch, and Allen Institutes to discuss their research and future collaborations. This year’s retreat features speakers from Bioengineering, Biology, Computer Science & Engineering, Genome Sciences, Microbiology, Statistics, Biostatistics, and Fred Hutch exploring topics such as explainable artificial intelligence for biology and health; making biological models more predictive and reproducible; single-cell virus sequencing of influenza infections that trigger innate immunity; massively multiplex chemical transcriptomics at single-cell resolution; and more.
