The 6th annual UW Farm To Table Dinner is an event celebrating autumn and the harvest with a community meal featuring student-grown produce from the University of Washington campus farm. The UW Farm welcomes the general public and family members of any age. Highlights: A buffet (vegetarian and vegan offerings) of organically grown dishes prepared by chef Matthew Lasof of UW's Local Point; cash bar featuring Burke Gilman Brewery and local wine and distillery vendors; locally sourced desserts; fun activities for the whole family including a 'Flower Photo Booth'; presentations; a slide show; movie shorts; Indigenous crop display/CSF grant presentation, silent auction and live music featuring Estonian Folk instruments! |
