Description

Looking for a fun way to end your week? Join us at the SER Native Plant Nursery for our weekly work parties on Fridays 11 am - 2 pm. You'll get to see nursery management in practice and the behind-the-scenes to growing plants! Come learn about native plant propagation and production at our student-run nursery.

BEFORE ATTENDING THE WORK PARTY, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RSVP HERE.

Every Friday from 11:00-2:00 PM we will be hosting a work party where you can participate in a variety of nursery tasks including sowing seeds, up-potting plants, working on outdoor restoration projects, and more! Please meet at the Douglas Research Conservatory (DRC) at the Center for Urban Horticulture.

Everyone is welcome and no experience is needed. Gloves, tools, and snacks are provided for all volunteers!

Dress to get dirty, and don’t forget your water bottle!
