The Department of Human Centered Design & Engineering is pleased to offer the Study Abroad in London for the second year in a row. Join Human Centered Design & Engineering faculty members Drs. Brock Craft and Tyler Fox on an international exploration of Experience Design. London is a globally significant crossroads for creative cultures of all kinds, and has a thriving Design and UX scene. The city presents opportunities for developing a deeper understanding of how to engineer interactions and experiences. The program is designed for students who are eager to explore experience design in the diverse and rich context that is London. In this three-week excursion, you will design interactive experiences based on your own field research in the city. The program activities include seminar sessions, guest speakers, field trips, and critique sessions. It is open to undergraduates who have completed HCDE 318, and Master’s and PhD students from all design-related disciplines. PROGRAM DATES: August 21 - September 11, 2020 CREDITS: 5 TUITION: $4,250
