Speaker: Victor Ocholla Omollo, MBChB Title: Evaluation of Expedited Partner Treatment and partner HIV self-testing among adolescent girls and young women diagnosed with Chlamydia trachomatis and Neisseria gonorrhoeae in Kisumu, Kenya Victor Ocholla Omollo, MBChB, is a research coordinator for the Prevention Options for Women Evaluation Research (POWER) study, a USAID-funded implementation science project of oral Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) delivery to young women in Kenya and South Africa. He is currently pursuing an MPH degree in the Department of Global Health at the University of Washington, where his research focuses on expedited partner therapy (EPT) among young women diagnosed with STIs within the POWER study. With a strong medical background and 2 years of experience in HIV prevention research, he is keen to translate the skills and knowledge gained through his MPH into real public health impact in Kenya. |
