Description | Speaker: Hanley Kingston Title: Phylogenetics of HIV sequences from an assisted partner services study Hanley Kingston is a third-year PhD student in the Institute for Public Health Genetics at the University of Washington. She is developing her dissertation under Dr. Carey Farquhar and as part of the Study of HIV, HCV, APS, and Phylogenetics for PWID. Hanley is interested in both the methodologies and ethical considerations of viral phylogenetic research, particularly in low-resource settings. Hanley received her MS in genetic epidemiology from the University of Washington and has a training grant and RA in statistical genetics. |
