Join other kids in the UW community for a fun 45 minute kids yoga class.  Feel free to dress in your Halloween Costume too! Register on The Whole U website. 

About our instructor: Lina Sayre began her yoga practice as a 16-year-old exploring different movement practices. She noticed, even at a young age, the grounding effect that yoga had on her life. As time went on, she always found her way back to yoga in one form or another, whether it was through heated Vinyasa classes or meditation. Lina is currently working towards her master’s in social work at the University of Washington. She hopes to integrate her passion for yoga and mindfulness into her future mental health profession. She currently guides weekly classes with UW Recreation.
