The Husky Strava Challenge is a way for the UW Community to stay connected and active from any location. Each week, a new movement challenge will be release (i.e. complete a 5K your way, complete a workout from our UW Recreation YouTube channel, etc.) Individuals who complete the challenge and record their participation on our UW Recreation – Intramurals Strava Club are eligible for prizes!

Registration: To be eligible for prizes, participants must register for the challenge in IMLeagues. Individuals should register for the event before they participate. Participant can join the challenge at any time, registration will be open for the duration of the 9-week event.

Challenge Details:

1. Participating is easy. Download the Strava app on your mobile phone, join the UW Recreation – Intramurals Strava Club, and record/enter your participation (make sure it’s public). We will manually track who completes the challenge each week.
2. All participants that complete the weekly challenge will be entered to win an Intramural Champ T-shirt! Winners will be selected at random.
3. The challenge will last from Jan. 11 to March 14 (9 weeks). All participants that complete a weekly challenge will be entered to win a grand prize at the end of winter term – each week completed is one entry to win the grand prize, the more you complete, the better your chances!
4. Weekly challenges will be posted on Mondays within the Announcements in IMLeagues and within the Strava app under Posts.
