Entry Fee: FREE Registration: Opens Mon. Mar. 22 and closes Mon. May 17 at 11:59pm Event Date: Co-Rec will take place on Wed. May 19 from 3:00pm - 7:00pm, Men's on Thu. May 20 from 3:00pm-7:00pm and Women's on Fri. May 21 from 2:00pm – 6:00pm. Location: IMA Sand Volleyball Courts Division: Co-Rec, Men’s, and Women’s Tournament Format: All teams will play 3 pool play games with top teams from each division advancing to a single elimination playoff bracket. Equipment: Sand volleyballs will be provided for matches. Please bring your own sand volleyball for warming up. Equipment will be cleaned before and after use with disinfectant wipes and rags/disinfectant spray. Check In: All participants must bring their UW ID or Government Issued Photo ID to check in – no exceptions/no substitutions. Notes:
- Participants should check-in at the event site 10 minutes before their scheduled game time.
- Participants are required to wear a face covering and to maintain physical distancing at all times.
- Hand sanitizer will be available at the fields/courts. IMLeagues Registration:
- Create a UW IMLeagues account using your UW email.
- Register your team in IMLeagues.
- Add teammates to your team roster by the registration deadline (team registration only).
- If space is full, register within the waitlist for an opportunity to participate.
