Class date/time:

• 10/18, 10/20, & 10/21 (indoor, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.)
• 10/23 & 10/24 (all day, outside)

Move past bolts and start placing your own protection! This class will cover placing traditional gear and building anchors. We will begin with several class periods of instruction in our indoor facility before taking what we have learned outside for two days. Depending on student progression, there may be an opportunity to mock lead on traditional gear the second day of the outdoor portion.

Students must provide their own food for the overnight portion of this class. Any equipment needed to camp overnight can be rented from the UWild Adventures Gear Garage. All equipment required for the curriculum, is included in the cost of the class. In the event of inclement weather during the outside portion of this class, students will receive a partial refund.

Price: $90 (Students), $100 (Faculty / Staff)

Prerequisites: Crags Lead Pass, ability to lead up to 5.8.
