Description | In celebration of International Pronouns Day (October 20), the UW-IT DEI CoP is hosting an event all about pronouns. Join us to learn about personal pronouns, why they matter, do's and don'ts of using pronouns, and the differences between gender and pronouns. We hope that you'll leave the session equipped with new knowledge and tools to be more inclusive in your day-to-day activities. We welcome you to forward this event to your co-workers and teams! Additional event resources will be provided on our event Wiki page As always, we encourage you to continue the conversation in our Microsoft Teams Channel afterward. Before attending, please review the following participation guidelines: - The UW-IT DEI Community of Practice expects that our network activities, events, and associated online spaces are dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of gender and gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, or religion (or lack thereof).
