Description | Join us for Yoga Anywhere, a functional and practical class you can take anywhere, whether you are at home or in the office. In this all-levels class, we will move through yoga poses, sequences and breathing exercises that will benefit your whole being - improving flexibility, muscle, joint and cardiovascular strength, increasing mental clarity and focus, and giving you a break from the work week, allowing for a harmonious unity of the body, mind and soul. We will meet every Wednesday at 12 p.m. Register and you will be emailed the link to the Zoom link. |
