Wild Roots Yoga blends yoga, wellness,  nature in practice for the mind, body and spirit using movement, breath and meditation. This class will allow students to form a safe space of expression. We will flow into a breath and restorative movement practice. As a community, we can both support each other and learn more deeply about ourselves. All levels welcome, all you need is a mat and an open heart.

Instructor Bio:

Leah Lowe is a RYT- 200 certified yoga instructor and nature loving soul. She has been an ICU nurse since 2013, currently working at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, WA. She is passionate about learning, growing, caring, and teaching with others. Her vision for this community and yoga experience is an inclusive space for healing and health. She teaches a practice for the mind, body, and spirit using movement, breath, and meditation.
